How to use
- Look 1: For an intense look that makes a statement, draw a line along the lash line, then go over it towards the outside of the eye.
Look 2: To play with contrast, use two Couture Eyeliner colours. Draw a dark line at the base of the lashes for an intense look and a lighter line above to make the eyes appear bigger and brighter.
